Principal Message

Welcome to Sandra J. Gallardo Elementary School! 

My name is Doyal Martin, and I am honored to serve as your principal. While this is my first year at Gallardo, I bring with me 12 years of experience as a school principal, and I am truly excited to join this vibrant community of students, families, and educators.

At Gallardo, I expect the very best from our students, and in return, you can expect the teachers, staff, and myself to give our very best each day. From the moment you walk into our office, I want you to feel welcomed and valued, because we are all here to help and to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

I believe strongly in teamwork—when families, staff, and students work together, we create the conditions for our children to reach their fullest potential. I look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and success as we work side by side to support our students.
