Dear Gallardo Families and Friends,

My name is Doyal Martin. It is my privilege to serve as the principal of Sandra J. Gallardo Elementary School. Welcome to our Gator community better known as The Swamp. Whether your family is joining Gallardo for the first time or has been part of our school community for many years, we are honored to partner with you in your child’s educational journey.

At Gallardo, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, supported, challenged, and inspired. Our goal is to create a welcoming and engaging school environment where students are known as individuals, develop a strong sense of belonging, and are provided with the opportunities and support they need to reach their full potential.

Connectedness is a pillar of FCUSD and Gallardo. I encourage you to participate in school and PTA activities, stay informed through ParentSquare and our school communications. Take advantage of opportunities to become involved in our community. There are many ways to contribute, and each opportunity strengthens the experience we are able to provide for our students.
